# Bloodweb Microservices > Small pay-per-call APIs for everyday file and data jobs: images, PDFs, QR codes, barcodes, conversions and checks. One key works for every service. Calls are paid for in tokens, a call that fails costs nothing, and every account gets 10,000 free tokens a month while it uses the API. - Base URL: https://bloodweb.net/api/v1/ - Authentication: send the header `Authorization: Bearer YOUR_KEY`. A key is made at https://bloodweb.net/microservices/dashboard (a free account). - Parameters go in the query string or as form fields. Files are multipart uploads. - A result is the file itself, or JSON. Errors are JSON with a message that says what to fix. - Uploaded files and results are deleted when the call ends. - MCP: every service is also a tool at https://bloodweb.net/mcp (streamable HTTP, the same key as a Bearer header). A file result there comes back as a private link that works for 10 minutes. ## Start here - [Getting started](https://bloodweb.net/microservices/docs): keys, errors and rate limits - [OpenAPI description](https://bloodweb.net/api/v1/openapi.json): every service, machine-readable - [AI assistants (MCP)](https://bloodweb.net/microservices/assistants): set up Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code or Claude Desktop, things to ask for, every tool - [Status](https://bloodweb.net/microservices/status): every service checked every hour, 30-day uptime - [Changelog](https://bloodweb.net/microservices/changelog): what changed in the API, and when - Tested code for every service in curl, Node.js, Python and PHP: https://bloodweb.net/microservices//, for example [HTML to PDF in Python](https://bloodweb.net/microservices/html-to-pdf/python) - [Pricing](https://bloodweb.net/microservices/pricing): token packs and what each call costs - [Terms](https://bloodweb.net/microservices/terms) ## Services ### Images - [Favicon generator](https://bloodweb.net/microservices/favicon-generate.md): Turn one image into a full favicon set: favicon.ico, PNG sizes, the Apple touch icon, Android icons, site.webmanifest and the HTML tags. - [Image compressor](https://bloodweb.net/microservices/image-compress.md): Shrink an image for the web: lower quality, strip metadata, cap the width, or switch to WebP or AVIF. - [Image converter](https://bloodweb.net/microservices/image-convert.md): Convert an image to JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, GIF, TIFF or BMP.
