What a good RSVP form asks
- Name — and make it required.
- Attending? — a clear yes/no. Resist "maybe"; it helps no one cater.
- Number of guests — including themselves, stated explicitly.
- Dietary requirements — free text beats checkboxes; you'll get "vegan but eats eggs" either way.
- Email — so you can send updates and a reminder to the yeses.
That's it. Every extra question costs you responses.
