1. Who we are
Bloodweb ("we", "us") is operated by Jack Ewers, a sole trader based in Western Australia. These terms apply to bloodweb.net, me.bloodweb.net and every tool and service on them ("the Service").
2. Your account
You need an account for most features. Keep your password secure — you're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13, and the information you give us must be accurate.
3. Plans, billing and cancellation
- The Maker plan is free, for personal use, with published limits (e.g. form-response and page caps). We may adjust free limits with notice.
- The Team plan is billed per user per month via Stripe. Trials require no card; paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel any time from your account's Billing tab; access continues to the end of the paid period. We don't offer partial-month refunds, but if something's genuinely broken, email us — we're reasonable.
- Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; changes never apply retroactively to time you've already paid for.
4. Your content
What you create — forms, pages, tasks, files, responses you collect — belongs to you. You give us only the licence needed to host, display and transmit it so the Service works. If you close your account, we delete your content within 30 days (backups age out within a further 30).
5. Forms and the data you collect
When you publish a form or page, you are responsible for what you collect and how you use it. You must have a lawful basis for collecting personal information from your respondents, must not collect payment-card numbers, passwords, or government identifiers through forms, and must honour deletion requests from your respondents. We store submissions on your behalf and act on your instructions.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service for anything unlawful, deceptive or abusive — including phishing, spam, malware, harassment, impersonation, infringing content, or scraping other users' data. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that put other users or the Service at risk, and we'll tell you why unless the law prevents it.
7. Custom domains
You may only connect domains you control. We provision TLS certificates for connected domains via Let's Encrypt on your behalf and remove them when you disconnect the domain.
8. Service quality
We work hard to keep the Service fast and available, but it is provided "as is" — we can't promise uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law, whose guarantees we don't exclude), our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Questions: bloodweb.net/contact.
