About the Plugin
Fees and coupons are two answers to the same question: where is this order going? This plugin asks it once. A rule belongs to a region - either a single country or an entire continent - and a country automatically picks up its continent’s rules alongside its own.
It replaces the separate Tariff Manager and Regional Coupon Manager plugins, importing the settings from both when you activate it.
Key Features
- 🌍 Continents Or Countries: One rule covers all of Africa; another covers just Zimbabwe. A Zimbabwe order gets both.
- 💰 Fees And Coupons Together: Import duties, VAT and levies alongside the discount codes for the same region, on one screen.
- 🚚 Per-Rule Shipping Conditions: A fee or code that applies only when a particular shipping method is chosen - something WooCommerce coupons cannot express natively.
- ❓ Explain Any Fee: Give a fee a "What is this?" note and a "?" appears beside it in the cart and checkout, opening the explanation underneath.
- 📈 Order Value Conditions: Greater than, at least, less than, at most or exactly - per rule, not per store.
- 🧮 Fees Stack Within A Region: 10% VAT and a $100 import fee on the same country charges both - a $100 order becomes $210.
- ⚖️ Four Ways To Combine Levels: When a country and its continent both have fees, choose stack, highest only, country first or continent first.
- 🎫 Real WooCommerce Coupons: Codes are genuine WC coupons, so they work in the usual box and appear in reports - just gated by region and condition.
- 📋 Stackable Or Exclusive: Decide whether a customer who qualifies for several codes may use more than one.
- 📦 Three Shipping Switches: Count postage in fee calculations, in coupon discounts and in order value conditions - independently.
- 🔄 Imports Your Old Settings: Reads both predecessors on activation and never writes to them, so going back is possible.
- 🌐 Continent Map From WooCommerce: Membership comes from WooCommerce itself rather than a bundled table that would go stale.
Perfect For
- Stores Shipping Worldwide: Anyone charging import duties that differ by destination.
- Regional Promotions: A code for one continent, a better one for a single country in it.
- Free-Shipping Offers: A fixed discount that only applies when the customer picks the method it is meant to cover.
🎯 A Worked Example
Give Africa a 5.5% import duty on any shipping method, and a FREESHIP code worth $40 that only applies to STD – International Tracked. Give Zimbabwe its own $100 code for orders over $100. An order to Zimbabwe then owes the Africa-wide duty, and may use either code - FREESHIP if they picked that shipping method, or the Zimbabwe code if the basket clears $100.
