Microservices terms

The rules for using the Bloodweb microservices, in plain words. Last updated 9 October 2026.

1. Who we are

The microservices are run by Bloodweb (ABN 65 757 166 166), which is operated by Jack Ewers, a sole trader based in Western Australia. "We" and "us" mean Bloodweb. "You" means the person or business holding the account. Contact: support@bloodweb.net.

By creating an API key or buying tokens you agree to these terms. They sit alongside the general Bloodweb terms and privacy policy; where they differ about the microservices, these apply.

2. Your account and keys

3. Tokens and payment

4. Refunds

5. What you must not do

6. Your files and data

7. The service

8. Results

Check results before you rely on them. In particular: exchange rates are reference rates for information, not the rate a bank or card will give; the customs description checker gives advice on wording and is not a customs ruling; and conversions between file formats can lose detail that the target format cannot hold.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for the microservices is limited to the amount you paid us for tokens in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect loss such as lost profit or lost data. This does not limit any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and changes that matter are posted here at least 30 days before they apply. If you keep using the microservices after that, the new terms apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
