Questions

Monthly or yearly?

Monthly is A$9 a month and can be cancelled at the end of any month. Yearly is A$79 a year, which works out cheaper if you keep Pro for nine months or more.

What happens after I buy?

Your licence key appears on screen and is emailed to you, with a download link. Upload the zip under Plugins, Add New, Upload Plugin, activate it and paste the key into its WooCommerce screen.

What if I cancel?

Pro keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, then switches off. The free plugin keeps working either way, and your settings stay where they are.

Can I move a licence to another site?

Yes. Deactivate the key on the old site and activate it on the new one.

Who makes these plugins?

Bloodweb, an Australian business (ABN 65 757 166 166). Questions: support@bloodweb.net.
